FAQs

Q: How do I become eligible for Medicare home health services?
A: You may arrange for our services following a consultation with your physician and call our agency office to inquire about eligibility. However, a patient generally qualifies for these services if he or she is homebound. This means that leaving home is difficult and infrequent. The patient must also be under the care of a physician who requires him or her to receive skilled nursing or therapeutic treatment on an intermittent basis.

These services can be provided in your home even if you have not been hospitalized.
